Same Warrior. New Mission.

K-9 Warrior Training

LEARN MORE

The K-9 Warrior Training program pairs combat veterans with working dogs for an intensive training experience. Delivered in partnership with Black Sands K-9 and led by Master Trainer Terry Green, this program builds leadership, focus, and emotional regulation through the unique bond between handler and dog.

The K-9 Warrior Training program runs alongside our Costa Rica Warrior Retreat activities. Veterans experience the full retreat— surfing, hiking, team challenges, and camaraderie—while also participating in daily K-9 training sessions.

This integration allows veterans to build both physical skills and the handler-dog relationship in a challenging, supportive environment surrounded by fellow warriors.
